Rainbow Six Siege is also delivering new updates, and they have revealed the latest changes on the Battle Pass, which now will be called Tactical Battle Pass.

In their own words, "the Battle Pass is evolving and becoming more tactical with a new progression system that gives players the power to get the rewards that they want faster."

What's different in this Tactical Battle Pass?

Now you can choose your path of rewards. This might be a little strategic as you need to prioritize specific pathways for receiving what you want or what best benefits you. For example: If your main operator is Smoke, you can select the most efficient path that includes Smoke's exclusive rewards.

For every Battle Pass level you reach, you earn Battle tokens. These will be used for unlocking tiles. Moreover, there's a new Battle Pass gadget, the breach charge, which will allow you access to the specific paths you desire. You can plan a unique path to follow with some strategy, or just unlock all rewards in any order you choose.

What about the Premium Battle Pass?

As with many other games with a Battle Pass system, there's a limited amount of rewards you can get by playing with no extra costs. Then, you need to get a special one that grants you access to everything the Pass has to offer, and it normally needs to be bought every season.

The Premium Battle Pass has many benefits, just as in the image below, some of the benefits are:

  • Early access to a new season's operator.
  • 30% battle point progression boost.
  • 10% in-game shop discount.
  • Exclusive cosmetics, and more.

It can be played on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
