The next wave of Mario Kart 8 Deluxe course pass is around the corner and we can’t be more excited as a bunch of fan-favourite courses from Nintendo’s old game systems and the mobile version of the game are part of the upcoming cups.

Before detailing the upcoming Wave 3 you must know that the  Mario Kart 8 Deluxe — Booster Course Pass is divided into 6 Waves of 8 courses that will be completely released by the end of 2023. That means over 48 courses from throughout the Mario Kart series.

Here are the details

This wave introduces us to the Rock and Moon cups, which will be officially available on December 7 and sure you will enjoy them to their fullest.

We begin with Rock Cup which is conformed by Tour London Loop a Mario Kart Tour favourite course, we also get GBA Boo Lake the haunted lake track that originated in Mario Kart: Super Circuit!, the 3DS Rock Rock Mountain and the Wii Maple Treeway.

On the other hand, Moon Cup arrives with two Mario Kart Tour circuits, the Tour Berlin Byways and Merry Mountain, also to revive the portable console nostalgia we get the DS Peach Gardens and the 3DS Rainbow Road.

Remember, Wave 3 courses can be played locally or online and you can access them by buying the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe – Booster Course Pass for $24.99 or by having an active Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership.
