Great news PC players, the rumours were true all this time, according to an official statement made by Ubisoft to Eurogamer, several of their games are coming back to Steam and let us tell you that they will start on a high note.
In case you missed it: Splinter Cell Remake: Ubisoft is looking to rewrite the story for a modern audience
Starting with Assassin’s Creed Valhalla on December 6, followed by Anno 1800 and Roller Champions on an unspecified date; Ubisoft is bringing back some of their most popular titles into the Stream platform again. Is worth noting that all these games were already available on the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft’s store.
Why and how is this important?
According to the statement, the company is always evaluating the ways they reach their audiences; "We're constantly evaluating how to bring our games to different audiences wherever they are, while providing a consistent player ecosystem through Ubisoft Connect.” So, is a good sign that Ubisoft decided to listen to their players, as more options sometimes mean more ways to find new users.
On the other hand, Assassin’s Creed Valhalla will get a free epilogue called the Last Chapter precisely on December 6, which will wrap up the game’s last plot threads and will finally put an end to the Valhalla story, so you better not miss it.
