In August 2022, Netflix confirmed that it would soon expand its catalog with several hit anime. After the return of Hunter x Hunter, almost coinciding with the revival of the manga, it seems to be time for another big title. In addition, the 1997 Berserk anime will soon be coming to the platform.
An anime that defined an era
Following the loss of master Kentaro Miura, there have been many projects and initiatives regarding Berserk. Recently Crunchyroll published Berserk: The Arc of the Golden Age Memorial Edition, where Gatsu builds early friendships and meets Caska's love.
The re-release of the anime on Netflix thus crowns this path of rediscovery of Kentaro Miura's work and could prove decisive in helping millions of viewers discover the incredible, fascinating yet dark universe born from the master's mind. The release date for the Berserk anime is December 1, 2022.

It is, therefore, very close before we can return to the Midlands alongside Gatsu and the Hawk Squad in a series that manages to transpose the events narrated up to the Eclipse faithfully.
