Apple Arcade is a very successful service among owners of the Cupertino company's devices. According to statements by a well-known software house, it would boast more subscribers than even PlayStation Plus and Xbox Game Pass. Revealing this interesting backstory to the microphones of the iMore portal was Miles Jacobson of SIG (Sports Interactive Games).
Is Apple arcade that far ahead?
Probably due to the recent debut of Football Manager 2023 Touch in the vast catalog of Apple's monthly subscription service, the software house received some additional information about the amount of paying users and revealed it during the interview.
While no concrete figures were mentioned, there was talk of a 'nine figures' number, which means that the figure consists of at least 9 zeros. It would seem, therefore, that Apple Arcade has a subscriber base of more than 100 million; this figure would be far higher than that of Microsoft and Sony services.

We know that the PlayStation Plus had 'only' 45.4 million subscribers as of September 2022, while last January 2022, 25 million Xbox Game Pass subscribers were reached. Even if the most recent results of the two services should be higher than those mentioned just before, it is improbable that they will surpass the number of subscribers Jacobson mentions.
