About a month ago, news hit the net about the release of version 1.0 of Vampire Survivors, which would breathe new life into the developer Poncle's Production. Today, however, the long-awaited update officially arrived.

What's new on version 1.0?

Vampire Survivors Patch 1.0 brings a long lineup of content, ranging from the inclusion of three new achievements to fix existing unlocks to the inclusion of new objectives, new weapons, and much more. Below are some of the most critical changes in this new update.

  • New objective: "Complete a 30-minute stage with Rooster or Couch," upon completion, we will obtain a "Bracelet."
  • New objective: "Discover every standard evolution and every standard union," upon completion, we will obtain "Candybox."
  • New objective: "Evolve 'Bracelet' twice," upon completion of which we will obtain 500 gold
  • Four new achievements: (find all relics from all stages, get Gracia's mirror, get the seventh trumpet and watch the final fireworks)
  • One new event
  • One new weapon
  • New skins for Pugnala, Giovanna, Poppea, Concetta, Mask of the Red Death
  • New "Side B" soundtrack, unlockable from the reference stage
  • Addition of 11 languages: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Turkish, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Korean and Japanese.
  • The addition of integration with Twitch will allow the chat to make decisions and enable new special events to be unlocked. Twitch mode will be able to be activated without any login to your platform account but rather by entering the chat name in the appropriate option.

In case you missed it: Alan Wake remastered is now available on Nintendo Switch.

With the arrival of 1.0, however, the content does not end there; for example, Poncle has added an inverted mode, in which the keys' layout is reversed, and some visual changes will pose a not inconsiderable obstacle to the player.
