Gotham Knights arrive on October 21 this year, meaning in two weeks, and even though we received a launch trailer to hype us up, things are not going as smoothly. Recently some major plot spoilers are making their rounds on the internet after the game’s art book had a premature release.
Of course, this didn't sit well with Gotham Knights' executive producer Fleur Marty who in a tweet showed her annoyance about spoilers.
I can't begin to understand why would anyone spoil a story (whether it's a game, a movie, a book, whatever) for others.

As expected, some people in the comments agreed that even though the art book was released way before the game is awful for anyone to ruin others’ fun.
Storytellers spend sooo much time and thought in choosing the right words, pacing, build up and reveal of information.

Can't believe people just ruin it all by condensing all that info into a bite size click bait line
Others think that sometimes this kind of spoiler prevents people to spend money on games that are worth it or at least that they will not enjoy.
Street cred first and foremost but if someone thinks something is crap or a bad exchange in some way, leaking information can be a way to spare others from being cheated. If The Last of Us 2 was good it wouldn't have mattered there were spoilers.

Once again, remember the game arrives in a couple of weeks, so if you have already stumble upon some of these spoilers please try to don’t spread them further… or at least warn people before doing it.
Gotham Knights launch on October 21 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S and PC.
