We know that the Halo franchise has not had the best results in recent years as in the case of the last release, Halo Infinite, which seemed like it would change the franchise's course, was also not successful due to its slow development of post-launch support. Now, with the news of Bonnie Ross' departure, it looks like 343 Industries will face another significant change.
Now, the million-dollar question is, why did Bonnie Ross leave the company? This is because she will focus all her energy and attention on caring for a family medical problem.
She announced on her official Twitter account, which also commented that she hoped to be in the company until the release of the following winter update for Halo Infinite. But unfortunately, she had to advance her departure date.

Bonnie Ross is a video game developer working in the gaming industry since 1994. In her time with Microsoft Game Studios, the creative worked on significant projects like Zoo Tycoon, Jade Empire, Mass Effect, Gears of War, and Alan Wake.
By 2007, Ross was managing director of Microsoft Game Studios.
At that time, Bungie, the creator of Halo, parted ways with Microsoft, so the company needed a new team for the franchise. This is how 343 Industries began, a company that Bonnie Ross founded and was in charge of leading until today.
