I told you, there’s a lot of Poké-stuff going on these days! And as the Harvest Moon arrives for all those who share a witchy heart, Clefairy gets ahead to celebrate this season with everyone.
Clefairy is having a special event tomorrow because it loves the moon like many of us. Since tomorrow we’re having a beautiful Full Moon, this special occasion wouldn't go unnoticed by this lovely Pokémon.
Here is the event’s official announcement via Pokémon.com:
Look to the night sky on September 10, 2022, and it’s likely you’ll spot the moon looking full and bright. Known as a Harvest Moon, this astronomical occurrence is the perfect time to celebrate Clefairy, a Pokémon that’s always had a solid connection to the moon. After all, Clefairy is known to emerge from their mountain homes during the full moon to dance and play. They can also store moonlight in the wings on their backs, allowing them to float in midair. This year, there are a few ways to appreciate the adorable Fairy Pokémon.
One is by playing Pokémon GO during the Clefairy Commotion event on September 10, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. local time. After that, Clefairy will appear more frequently in the wild, and lucky Trainers might even encounter a Shiny Clefairy!
Until September 23, 2022, you can tune in to Pokémon TV to relive some of Clefairy’s most memorable appearances in Pokémon the Series, and check out this retrospective of Clefairy’s appearances in the Pokémon Trading Card Game over the years. Even more, surprises are coming later this week, and you’ll find plenty of Clefairy fun on the Pokémon social media channels.
So, spend some time appreciating Clefairy this week, and when you go outside to see the harvest moon for yourself, why not do a little dance in its glow? After all, that’s what Clefairy would do.
