New rumors regarding the upcoming Assassin's Creed title have come and gone so many times in the last few months. So... where will the game take place, what will it be about, how could it be called, and when will it come out?
Today, new rumors suggest that the anticipated title (codenamed Rift) could be released by the name Mirage by Spring 2023, taking place in Baghdad between the years 870-860
YouTuber j0nathan released these details on a video that's been confirmed by Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier: “A person familiar tells me parts of this new Assassin's Creed leak are true (such as the name and the other stuff Bloomberg has already reported: spring 23, Baghdad, back to AC basics), and other parts are not ("multiple cities to explore" ).”
Schreier could notice from the information that even though it was partly true, some rumors could be unsupported theories.

The most reliable scenario confirming this information will occur in a couple of weeks during the Ubisoft Forward Livestream on September 10. So even though the digital event aims to ensure many other projects, probably, we will finally get a broader idea of this title.
