If you thought that the purchase of Microsoft from Activision Blizzard was an overnight thing, well, we inform you that this is not the case as it is a momentous agreement that could change the history of the industry; commercial authorities are reviewing it in markets important in order to confirm that there are no competition risks.
We have previously talked about the phases in which Microsoft has found itself in this purchase, the most recent being that Phil Spencer, head of Xbox, mentioned that everything was going excellent with the purchase.

According to a VGC report, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) of the United Kingdom established that the Microsoft purchase agreement review process would be resolved no later than September 1st.
However, even with the date's proximity, new information has emerged. It refers to the emerging celebration of a meeting with Microsoft that will discuss possible problems if the purchase is approved.
