Battlefield 2042 Season 2: Master of Arms new details revealed!

With a new map, weapons, vehicles and more

The release of Battlefield 2042 on November 2021, which received mixed reviews from gamers, could be described as chaotic and beyond expectations.

However, it appears that EA and DICE are not sitting idle and are working to improve the game, as Battlefield 2042 Season 2 will see several changes.

What's coming to the game in Season 2?

Season 2 of Battlefield 2042 promises new specialists, maps, weapons, gadgets, vehicles, and bug fixes, among other things. Let's go through them together:

New Map - Stranded

Stranded will be a new map in Battlefield 2042. The map depicts a desolate Panama Canal containing mysterious military secrets. The most prominent symbol is a massive, battered ship that seems to hold a wealth of classified information.

New Specialist - Charlie Crawford

Charlie Crawford is a Support class specialist. He is of British descent and sells various types of war equipment while taking risks with extensive connections to support different wars around the world.

New Weapons

New weapons include the AM40 carbine, the Avancys LMG, and the PF51 sidearm, while the latest new gadget is a concussion grenade. This bomb can stun the affected enemy according to its radius. It's perfect for escape or if you want to ambush an enemy suddenly.

New Vehicles

One of the new vehicles will be the EBLC-RAM, which can seat up to four people. There are various weapons implanted, including those with AMP'S capabilities, so bullets aimed at it will simply bounce off when AMP'S is activated.

Another new vehicle is the Polaris RZR, a typical buggy designed for short-distance travel. Surprisingly, the buggy can be used on muddy to rutted terrain. As a result, it is extremely beneficial to the players' high-speed mobility.

New Features to Battle Pass

Assignment will be a new feature or system in the second season. The goal is to allow players to unlock Vault Weapons, which are now not only available in Battlefield Portal but can also be enjoyed in All-Out Warfare mode if the Assignment is completed. For the time being, the reward is the ability to unlock the M16A3 and M60E4 weapons.

Not only that, but the Assignment unlocks content from Battle Pass Season 1, which includes specialist Lis as well as various weapons and vehicles released during that season.

Battlefield 2042 is available now on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC.
