HOW IS THE PURCHASE OF ACTIVISION BLIZZARD GOING?

During an interview with Bloomberg, Spencer said that the acquisition is going well overall. He added that he feels satisfied with the progress made in recent months.

That's not all; he also commented that they have had positive conversations about the acquisition process and acknowledged that he favors people "asking good and difficult questions" about the matter. He also stressed that one of his primary goals is to make Activision Blizzard workers feel safe about everything that happens inside the studio, for which he reiterated that unions would be respected.
