Two popular shooters would be coming together for an exciting collab

According to a datamine leak, Destiny 2 is coming to Fortnite! This information was supported by previous rumors about Bungie’s title arriving at Epic Games Store. Destiny 2 dataminer Ginsor shared his findings on Twitter, displaying an image that revealed what appears to be three characters from the popular franchise.

We know that Titan, Warlock, and Hunter will appear in new cosmetic armor inspired by Fortnite’s “fashion.” It’s still unsure if there’ll be more characters from Destiny 2 arriving at Fortnite. As expected, fans are already losing their minds and creating probable scenarios where their favorite characters are part of the upcoming collaboration.

Even though the leak looks pretty reliable, neither Bungie nor Epic Games have officially announced Destiny 2’s arrival at Fortnite.

For Bungie, this has been the tip of the iceberg, leak-wise. Dataminers have also found information about its upcoming expansion Lightfall, as well as the return of Kings Fall raid from Destiny: The Taken King for its 18th season.

Luckily, everything will be soon confirmed at Destiny 2’s big showcase on August 23, which takes place at 9:00 am PT ahead of Geoff Keighley’s GamesCom. Although most of the heavy announcements will be related to the game itself, there will surely be a hint about its crossover with Fortnite.
