It appears that Ubisoft+, which has been available in the Xbox ecosystem for several months, will be incorporated into Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. @ALumia_Italia, a well-known Italian leaker who has already proven to be very reliable in Microsoft-related topics, has suggested this.
And, as with previous leaks, we see a Tweet with nothing more than a simple image bearing the inscription of the well-known Ubisoft subscription. Because the post is "silent," the leaker did not go into further detail, but it does imply that something about it may be announced during Gamescom 2022.

The well-known video game event Gamescom, at which Xbox will also be present, will soon be held, and we cannot think of a better setting for such an announcement.
The service would undoubtedly be incorporated into the more expensive plan, namely Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, joining other similar services such as EA Play, and providing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers with even more options.
This is the most optimistic hypothesis. A simple discount for Game Pass Ultimate users with the addition of a Ubisoft+ "Classics" service, similar to what happened with PlayStation, cannot be ruled out.
The decision to incorporate this may not only satisfy users, but it could also be a response to PlayStation Plus, which recently integrated Ubisoft+ into the PlayStation ecosystem.
