New footage from SEGA’s Hyenas leaked

The company is trying to wipe it out from the internet

A couple of months ago we shared with you the newest project from SEGA and Creative Assembly. This project was Hyenas, a multi-player shooter / multi-team robbery game, where five teams of three face AI and each other to steal priceless pop culture loot.

The last time, the dev team announced their close alpha program and let’s say that something very interesting came from it.

Agreements mean nothing to players…

If you have never participated in an alpha test, most of the time you need to agree to not share any footage or information of the game, if you do probably you will get in a lot of trouble... mainly legal trouble. Well, this doesn’t seem to bother some gamers as user Glitch3r decided to breach this agreement and share the gameplay footage on Youtube.

The video of one hour shows footage from the alpha version of Hyenas, with a ridiculous amount of watermarks with a security code and Glitch3r’s username.

Of course and as you may have guessed, SEGA is furious and now is trying to take down any video related to it, targeting re-uploads by other users. So far and at the time of writing Glitch3r’s video was made private, probably in order to avoid a strike from Youtube or a crazy lawsuit from SEGA and Creative Assembly.

Remember, Hyenas is expected for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC in 2023.
