Even though Cyberpunk 2077 was one of the most disappointing video games in recent years, we can’t deny the incredible work they did to build a futuristic fictional world full of life. It would be a shame to throw all the work done; that’s why they devised to use it better in producing an animated series called Cyberpunk: Edgerunners.

The nearly three-minute trailer looks at all the action that comes with this anime, showcasing characters with incredible abilities and their diverse lifestyles, and set in the fantastical futuristic world of Night City. Without a doubt, you can see the effort to make this anime an incredible story, standing out for the quality of the visual style.

Cyberpunk: Edgerunners will consist of 10 episodes where it will tell us the story of a boy who grows up on the street. Little by little, he will learn to deal with the problems and dangers of Night City.
The series will reflect everything we saw in the game so that it will take us into a society obsessed with body modification and machines. The series will star a group of Edgerunners, a kind of mercenaries who will do everything for money.
