Thatgamecompany, the creator of flOw, Flower, and Journey, continues to work on new content for Children of the Light, which has a game-as-a-service model and is constantly renewed through seasons.
The studio revealed that it would be present at Tokyo Game Show 2022 with its section and announced that the next season would be the Season of AURORA.

WHAT WILL THE COLLABORATION BETWEEN AURORA AND SKY: CHILDREN OF THE LIGHT CONSIST OF?
This latest revelation drew a lot of attention. After all, it will not be a season like the previous ones, because for the first time it will have the theme of an artist, in this case, AURORA, a very talented young Norwegian singer who has participated in several musical projects and who also participated in Frozen 2, precisely on the soundtrack in the voice of The Voice, who guides Elsa on her adventure.
In the announcement trailer, a cinematic sequence is seen in which drawings of characters that appear to be the Child of Light appear around what seems to be a stage on which someone is singing. The above suggests that this new season will include an in-game concert show starring AURORA, who could well appear singing songs from The Gods We Can Touch or from her two previous premium albums.
The new Sky: Children of the Light season is expected to be available in Fall 2022.
