New information about Sonic Frontiers revealed

And there are some good and bad news

Sonic Frontiers sparked controversy with its presentation and progress as fans fear that the sad history of the blue hedgehog's 3D games will repeat. The reception of this material was so poor that fans asked for the title to be delayed, although SEGA and the Sonic Team assured us this would not happen. In fact, the game could come out sooner than expected.

So let's talk about good and bad news

The Twitter account 'Sonic the Hedgehog News & Updates', best known for being involved in everything that has to do with the SEGA franchise, shared some changes they spotted in the Sonic Frontiers's registry in SteamDB. The first and most striking one is that the estimated launch window has passed from September 1 to November 8, 2022.

As shown in the latest Nintendo Direct, the title would debut at the end of December, but the reality is that there's still no official date for its release.

On the other hand and what's already worrying fans is that the updated registry of Sonic Frontiers shows support for the DENUVO anti-copy security system. The information has drawn the attention of gamers as it's known that this system hurts the performance of PC games and can generate significant problems that affect the gaming experience.

Taking into account the above and that Sonic Frontiers has not been so well accepted, players fear that the same thing that happened to Sonic Origins will repeat, resulting in the title ending up with a terrible performance on PC.
