Fall Guys players claim that losing helps with Battle Pass progression

If you win, you lose?

As dumb as it sounds, it seems like players of Fall Guys have found the answer to their problems. How? Well, just lost in the first round.

Recently Fall Guys turned into a free-to-play model and their battle pass seemed to re-build around daily, weekly, and long-term challenges in order to give players something to work towards. However, this didn’t go as expected.

According to Reddit users, players earn more points by losing repeatedly in the first rounds than winning.

User hold_my_cocoa showed how much they earned in a match if they lost in the first, second, third, fourth, and fifth rounds, as well as when they won a crown. Losing in the very first round earned them 24 points while winning the fifth and final round won them 107 points.

What does this mean? Easy, if you lose 5 times in the first round you get 120 points, faster and easier, however, this is not the experience players want.

As expected the daily and weekly challenges give even more points. But is clear that Fall Guys is not interested in players that even though they spend a lot of hours don’t come back everyday and sadly most players aren’t doing that.
