Capcom learned from mistakes! Street Fighter 6 will have a lot of single-player content

The fighting title would have arcade, training, versus, a story mode and more

It is nice that companies learn from their mistakes, as it is no secret that the launch of Street Fighter V was somewhat disappointing, with connection problems, few characters, and no single-player modes. But, it seems that Capcom has been working on all these past mistakes to bring the best experience with its upcoming Street Fighter 6 title.

Since its revelation at the beginning of June with the presentations that took place during the Summer Game Fest week, there have already been many journalists and influencers who have had the opportunity to play the title.

Fortunately, many of those people who were able to explore the game shared their experiences through videos, so we already have a general idea of what the game will be and what we can expect.

THESE COULD BE THE STREET FIGHTER 6 GAME MODES

Within everything that has been said about the game, something that stood out was the various modes that Street Fighter 6 will have.

The journalist Jeff Gerstmann through a video, shared the game modes that the Capcom video game will have at its launch. These modalities are divided into three categories: Battle Hub, World Tour, and Fighting Ground, which Capcom has already confirmed in previous interviews.

In the first, we find everything related to online features, while the second will be the open-world story mode that we saw in the first trailer. Thus, Fighting Ground is the section where we will find the most traditional single-player modes.

Judging by the footage, Street Fighter 6 will have an Arcade mode, in which it seems we will know the history of each character; Versus, where we can fight against another player or against the AI in one-on-one duels or group battles; Practice, where we will find tutorials, fighter guides, and combo challenges; and Online, where we will fight against other players in casual or ranked games.

Another attractive modality is Special Combat, where the fights have special rules and mechanics. At the time of this writing, there are no further details about it.

Everything seen in journalist Jeff Gerstmann's video is subject to change. After all, Street Fighter 6 is developing and still has many months to go in the oven. Even so, we can already get a small idea of the content we will have at our disposal at launch.

Street Fighter 6 will be available for PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4 in 2023.

But tell us, what do you think of this situation? Let us read you in the comments.
