In June of this year, even with the absence of E3, we were full of news and digital events by companies in the gaming industry. But what about Nintendo? That has been the most frequent question since Nintendo, one of the three leading companies in the industry still does not confirm any Nintendo Direct.
If you are a Nintendo fan, you will surely have noticed that the company has not been involved in the same way as before with the industry giving main events. For years it has sought to move away to offer another way to maintain direct communication with its fans.
For this reason, Nintendo has been accustoming us in recent years to give us its most important announcements through its Nintendo Directs; therefore, they have become the primary way for the company to communicate with its fans. Sadly, we have not received news of a new Direct for a long time; it's been several months since its last special broadcast.
A TENTATIVE DATE IS RUMORED FOR A NEXT NINTENDO DIRECT
Rumors have pointed to a new tentative date for June 29.
Now, new information has just been released that could lend credibility to the rumors since it seems that My Nintendo Store in the United Kingdom will be under maintenance from Monday 27th to Wednesday 29th June.
And perhaps someone will say, well, what does it have to do with being put into maintenance? It means that Nintendo is probably getting ready to announce something next week and will be laying everything out on their site for an update.
Although, there is also the possibility that it is nothing, and the community is just looking for clues from Nintendo to get excited about the idea of a new Nintendo Direct.
