Virtua Fighter 5:Ultime Showdown will give us one of the most waited crossovers, at least in the 2D fighting games department… The upcoming Virtua Fighter vs Tekken DLC arrives tomorrow June 1st.
Revealed this weekend, this DLC will add skins of Tekken characters to Virtua Fighter fighters. They are only appearances, which means that it does not change the fighting techniques of each character.
We will receive more than just skins…
To begin with, the Tekken characters represented in this DLC bundle include Kazuya, Heihachi, Bryan, Lili, King, Armor King, Marduck, Paul, Asuka, Lucky Chloe, Nina, Jin, Bob, Lars, Raven, Violet, Claudio, and Eddy.
On the other hand life bar displays, round indicators, and title fonts will all mimic what we see in Tekken 7, also we get music tracks so the experience will be complete. Best part? You can get all this bundle for $9.99.
We are happy to confirm that SEGA’s last year's promises to nurture this title were fulfilled and we can’t wait to see the next collaborations with exciting new features that will come in the future. In the meantime we will leave you the official announcement trailer below:
