MultiVersus’ roster keeps growing, recently Gizmo and Stripe from Gremlins and Rick Sanchez joined the line-up. On the other hand, Black Adam is also confirmed to arrive soon and arrivals don’t seem to stop there. According to a Reddit post, a dataminer found a string of universe codes on the MultiVersus Hub server, all of which have folders of fighters, the last one labelled as “Goonies”.

As expected, users started theorizing which Goonies character may be joining the game, the safest bet might be Sloth, however, some think that Data can be a good option taking into account how his gadgets can be implemented in his fighting style.
We shouldn’t be too excited as there is still a number of characters rumoured to come to the game in the near future like The Wicked Witch from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz and Beetlejuice, also some files found before suggested The Joker will arrive too, sadly we haven’t heard anything else about it recently.
As always take this with a grain of salt as there are no confirmed dates or an official announcement yet.
