Microsoft started the day with important news, as it confirmed that it is preparing a new Xbox Games Showcase for the busy announcement season. The event will be very important for fans of the brand, as it will feature announcements from Activision Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios.
Additionally, the company announced a surprise, as it will make an additional event similar to the Starfield Direct it did some time ago. The interesting thing is that the event will focus on a mysterious game that has not yet been revealed, but we know it will be the new installment of a popular franchise.
When will the Xbox Game Showcase and the surprise event be held?
Through a press release, Microsoft confirmed that the Xbox Game Showcase will take place next June 9, at 10:00 AM PT. Afterwards, the company will make another presentation about a title that is a mystery and that it is almost a fact that it will reveal during the first event.
We know that this Direct will be about the new installment of a popular franchise; however, the company did not give any further clues. Everything indicates that it is related to Call of Duty. As we told you, Xbox Game Showcase will have announcements from Activision Blizzard, Bethesda and Xbox Game Studios.
As if that wasn't enough, it was confirmed that several Xbox partners will also be at the event with attractive revelations. On the other hand, Microsoft announced a new Xbox FanFest to be held on these dates, in Los Angeles, United States.
